Ltd., an IRDAI-licensed Direct Broker (Life & General), License No. 744, valid until 10-06-2027 and renewable every 3 years in accordance with IRDAI regulations.

By visiting, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at our discretion, and such changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Not to upload or share material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• That any content you submit (except personal data) becomes the property of RoyalCover, with a worldwide, royalty-free license for use in connection with our business.

RoyalCover reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, logos, and content displayed on the Platform are the property of RoyalCover or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Warranties

• That policy issuance will occur without delay; issuance is subject to the underwriting guidelines of the respective insurer.

Limitation of Liability

• RoyalCover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or Services.
• Any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you to RoyalCover (if any) for the Services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoyalCover, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Regulatory Disclaimer

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
